Terrific Toby

Hi, I’m Toby. People say I’m a gentle giant. I’m not sure exactly what that means, but I know I’m rather large, I have very long legs and they don’t always go in the right direction at the right time!  I am a young 4 years old. I ABSOLUTELY love my friends who take me for walks, and especially the ones who give me cuddles and treats. In fact I pretty much love everything in life. I’m generally very happy-go-lucky although I can get a bit over excited when I know I’m going out. I make people laugh when I do little bunny hops at the start of a walk. I’m really interested in everything around me , and point my ears forward over my head when I see something new. I’m learning not to get too enthusiastic when meeting new dogs and my walkers say I’m doing very well – I do try. I would like to live with another sighthound or large dog, that is calm around other dogs, but only if there are 2 people to do the walking as I am strong lad , apparently!
I would be fine living with children over 10 years old , I do love all children but because I am big my friends say I may accidently knock a younger child over.
I think I would prefer it if my new owners were around quite a bit to help me settle into life, as haven’t seen much of life, but I can’t wait to get started! So please please if you want a lovely big fawn boy whole will make you smile every single day, then look no further.
